From a Company perspective (Assessee) who is supposed to approve the 3CA and 3CD return submitted by tax auditor. I have approved it by the authorised signature of the Finance Controller who is also the CS of the Compamy. Is it mandatory to be authorised by only Director. If so what should i do now.

Approval by Director himself/herself is not mandatory.
