E filing.

12 March 2011 I have filed a Return on 27/09/2009 AY 2009-2010 without DSC.bt the Client did not send the ITRV,evenafter a notice from CPC.

so noe the the Return has to filed as a belated return.

bt while uploading the ITR an error message is coming which goes as

"null
Error parsing the IT Return XML.Please upload a proper xml file
Please rectify the Above error(s) and upload your return again "

so what can be the possible error.

please help.

12 March 2011 Make the following changes in internet settings.
1. open internet explorer,go to tools,internet options,security,custom level
2. change the'reset custom settings'to medium or medium low and click on OK.
3. go to control panel,java,general,settings.
4. remove the tick mark for 'keep temporary files on my computer'.
5. click the 'delete files button and press ok
6. restart your system.
7. upload the xml file.
