An individual who is a partner in a firm, that firm fall under tax audit so it has to filing return before 30-09 of Assessment year, then which date of filing return apply to a partner if he is not fall under tax audit?

If working partner and remunerated, due date is 30.09-20... otherwise 31.07.20....
