27 September 2015 Due date of Submission of Tax Audit Report and Income tax Return is 30.09.2015

30.11.2015 n the case of an assessee who is also required to submit a report pertaining to international or specified domestic transactions under section 92E.

29 September 2015 In the case of Vishal Garg & Ors. Vs. Union of India & Anr., Punjab & Haryana HC instructed CBDT extend due date of Tax Audit cases to 31st October 2015 from existing 30th September 2015.
