Due date for roc return of march 2014

Please let me know the due date for uploading the ROC Return. I will file the Income Tax Return by the last week of September 2014, the due date being 30th September 2014 for income tax return.

In case of new company for first FY 2013-14, The first AGM of a company shall be held within 9 months from the closing of its first FY i.e latest by 31st Dec 2014.
In such case, you should file form 23AC & 23ACA (Balance sheet & Profit and Loss Accounts) within 30 days of AGM & Annual Return in Form 20B within 60 days of AGM
In other case
AGM, shall be held by companies within 6 months from the close of its FY i.e latest by 30th Sept 2014. In such case you should file form 23AC & 23ACA within 30 days of AGM & Annual Return in Form 20B within 60 days of AGM.
In such case, you should file form 23AC & 23ACA (Balance sheet & Profit and Loss Accounts) within 30 days of AGM & Annual Return in Form 20B within 60 days of AGM
In other case
