Due date for payment of serv tax for march 2014

Dear Sir
Due date for monthly payments of service tax on reverse charge from April to Feb is 5th of next month (6th in case of online pmt).
But it is came to known that for March the due date is 30th of March and not 5th of April. Whether this is true? Please confirm.

31st March. Please see 2nd proviso to rule 6(1) of the Service tax Rules,1994.
