XYZ Co Pvt. Ltd has turnover below 60 Lakhs. What is the due date for filing the ITR 31st July or 30th September?

For companies, whether under tax audit or not, due date of filing it return is 30th September subject to any extension by the income tax department.

Yes I agree with the experts provided the CBDT does not extend the date of filing of return for the A.Y 2011-12 as the Digital Signature has been made mandatory for tax audit e-filing.
