For companies, whether under tax audit or not, due date of filing it return is 30th September subject to any extension by the income tax department.

04 July 2011 Yes I agree with the experts provided the CBDT does not extend the date of filing of return for the A.Y 2011-12 as the Digital Signature has been made mandatory for tax audit e-filing.
