Company incorporated on 01/11/2012.it returns filed for FY 12-13.what will be the last date to held 1st AGM.

As per Sec 96(1) second proviso , 1st AGM shall be held within 9 months from the closing of 1st financial year of the Company & in any other case within period of 6 months from date of closing of the financial year
