My name is laxman from jaipur. I want to ask thak can a private limited company's directors do drawings?

and what is the limit for drawings for one yerar?

14 March 2012 Drawings concept is not applicable to companies.

The director can withdraw the money as remuneration, advance or loan but not drawings.
