Mr. X has started the business of advertising through bulk sms, brochures, banners, hoarding and other medias? Whether Service Tax is applicable? If yes, what is the turnover limit?

No Service Tax upto first 10 lakh for Small Service Provider. However Registration is required if turnover excedd Rs. 9 lakh
