ONE OF MY CLIENT IS IN THE BUSINESS OF MANUFACTURING THE PLASTIC TOYS. IS EXCISE APPLICABLE ON HIS ACTIVITY. IF YES, THEN WHAT IS THE BASIC LIMIT OF EXCISE APPLICABILITY OF TURNOVER PLEASE ADVISE.
