For IT Return all mentioned above except tax audit report.
for annual return you need-
details of Directors
(Name, PAN, Address, Date of appoint ment etc)
Details of Shareholder etc. and other details to be given in annual return. You will know once you start filling the form.
Only scanned copy of duly signed annual return is required to be submitted as attachment with form 20B.
