21 March 2012 can any one tell me that, if investors have complaint directly to sebi relating to non receipt of dividend then how to solve that , please tell me the procedure.its urgent.

If you have complained to SEBI for non receipt of dividend, then SEBI forward the same to the concern company for reply the same.

The company at the other end reply to SEBI and CC to concerned member.

I will suggest you to directly contact with the company for the same, if they not resolve then you file complain to SEBI.

You just send a letter to company by post, giving details and the year in which you have not received dividend.

If the SEBI has send a complain letter that an investor has made complain for not receiving dividend then as a company you comply the following:

1. Please check, whether he is member or not
2. check whether company has declared dividend for that year or not.
3. If the company has declared dividend, you check reconciliation statement of unpaid dividend list that the name is appear in unpaid dividend list or not.
4. If the name is shown in unpaid list, then confirm from RTA, why his dividend is not distributed.
5. Make a reply with subject and also mention the complaint reference number in letter.
6. Send the same to SEBI.
7. You also send the letter to member also.
