30 October 2018 Ours is a pvt ltd co. We have declared a dividend of Rs.5824755 i.e. 5 % on profit. May I know what it the dividend distribution tax i need to remit and is there any surcharge. Any reply will be highly obliged.

sumup = 6852824

ddt - 6852824*15/100=1027924
