Discounted Free Cash Flow Method..Urgent sir!!!

26 July 2010 Dear Experts,
Can anyone explain me what is about discounted free cash flow method.?
By going by the name of the method it seems that Free Cash flows has to be discounted at 'n' periods?
Free cash flow is nothing but PAT + Depreciation.

Am i right pls.?
