28 August 2009 yes, it is true:- remember:
for the purpose of employer contribution - if nit paid within due date of filing of rurn not allowed in present year but will be allowed in subsequent year.


but in case of employee contribution if not paid within due date of payment as per providend fund avt- ot will bever be allowed- (we call it NOT NOW, THEN NEVER BASIS)


so Employees Contribution to Provident Fund if not paid in time will be permanently disallowed.
