If Cheque for PF contribution of Employee issued on 17th-August-2010 and it's realised by PF dept before 21st August then does deduction allowed u/s 36 for the same

18 June 2011 As per Central Government Account (Receipts and Payments) Rules 1983 the date of payment of government dues tendered in form of cheque/draft shall be the date on which it was cleared and entered in the receipt scroll.
In view of the above,and the amount being realized and credited in employee's account with in the extended due date (20 th) deduction ,u/s 36(1)(va) r.w.s 2(24)(x) of the Income tax Act,1961 ,will be allowed.
