13 June 2014 I AM A DIRECTOR IN A PRIVATE LTD.CO SINCE 2007 WITH 15% SHAREHOLDING SINCE ITS INCEPTION I HAVE NEITHER RECD. ANY CORRESPONDENCE REGARDING THE BOARD MEETINGS NOR THE RESOLUTIONS PASSED. AM I ENTITLED TO RECEIVE A HARD/SOFT COPY FOR THE MINUTES AND THE RESOLUTION PASSED SO CAN I OBTAIN A HARD COPY FROM THE COMPANY AS A DIRECTOR. THE MINUTES WERE NEVER CIRCULATED AND ALL THE THINGS WERE MANUPILATED BY THE OTHER TWO DIRECTORS WHO ARE THE MAIN BENIFICIARY WITH VESTED INTEREST AND WANTED TO KEEP ME OUT

13 June 2014 See it is your right to ask for crucial documents like board minutes and other docs.

Further you are equally liable for the acts of company.

You are entitled for the notice and agenda of board meeting.

You may also choose to exit as director and in that case your shareholding will continue.

13 June 2014 For more info about the rights, duties and responsibilities of Directors I would advise you to search on Google. You will find lots of articles on this subject. I think you should do it as early as possible, so that a wise decision can be taken at your end.
