16 July 2013 A Director of a private limited company is going for Some meeting in another city in India.Can the Company claim deduction under Income Tax as Business Expenditure?
Should the company pay for flight expenses etc by cheque or net banking in its own name to claim deduction?
What documents are required to be maintained?

16 July 2013 Yes the same expenditure can be claimed as Business expenditure....you need to have a copy of the Air ticket and all other related expenses...
