24 June 2015 Hello Friend.. I was the Director of X co. I resigned the co. on 15.06.2015. with immediate effect and the same resignation was accepted by the exciting director.. but now the director is not filling the DIR-12.. kindly suggest what should I do.

25 June 2015 As per new Companies Act, 2013, resigning director is also required to file form DIR.11 with his digital signatures.

You are advised to file dir.11 and then follow up with existing director to file form dir.12 through written communication.
