09 July 2015 is it necessary to file form DIR-11 by director who send a notice of his resignation to a company and company file DIR-!2 for his resignation. is it a non-compliance of law . what consequence shall occur if director not filed DIR-11.

09 July 2015 Filing of DIR.11 is the liability of resigning director. This is very much required to complete the process of resignation. Filing of DIR.11 is mandatory by law.

In case of non-filing of form DIR.11, resignation may become ineffective in case of any dispute. So it is advisable to file form dir.11.
