can u tell me can a director be termed as an emloyee of a company?
if yes den wats d ceiling of his remuneration??
here does dat 60L ceiling applies or dat 11% of net profit applies??
kindly clarify my doubt.
& wen both of the above ceiling applies??

Dear Rashh this is for Whole time Directors. Not all directors r regarded as Employees.
