05 September 2010 Deemed owner under sec,27 means a person transfer his/her house property to spouse (not being a trasnfer in connection with as arrangment to live apart) or to his/her child (not being a marrided daughter) for without adequate consideration, then the tranferor is the deemed owner of the property
