in sec 154 AO order is refusal to make rectification, then what remedies available to assessee? can assessee go for appeal in section 250. can assessee again go for application under section 154 to the same AO

1. The assessee can submit an application u/s 154 with the same AO.
2. The assessee can file an appeal with the CIT(Appeals).
