10 September 2012 I AM INTO MY FINAL YEAR OF POST GRADUATION,WHETHER I SHOULD REGISTER AS GRADUATE OR DO PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION?? AND ALSO I WANTED TO KNOW WHETHER STUDENTS THOSE ARE PROVISIONALLY REGISTERED ELIGIBLE FOR MAY 2013 ATTEMPT OF IPCC???

You can take admission on the basis of graduation and no need to take provisional admission if you are complying minimum % for direct admission in graduation.
