04 August 2011 In MCA there is a notification that PAN of Director should be intimated where DIN has been obtained without submitting PAN details.

The Company Director do not remember whether he has submitted PAN while obtaining DIN. Now he asked me to verify and inform.

04 August 2011 You need to check your Director DSC whether PAN based or not. if PAN based then no need to intimate otherwise need to intimate. just check with the DSC issued agency

04 August 2011 Another option is, fill up DIN-4 attach PAN card copy and anneure-4 ,do prescruting affix DSC and try to upload. If PAN is already given in DIN-1, system will give u a message to that extent. U can safely log out from MCA site confidently,since no more information of PAN is warrented.
