01 April 2015 Dear Experts,
A director wants to surrender his Director Identification Number, which has never used by him for any company. So, his query is that what should he prefill in 1(a).*Corporate identity number (CIN) of company or Form INC-1 reference number in E- Form RD-1 along with DIR-5?

Kindly look into the matter.

01 April 2015 1. If wants to surrender duplicate DIN ,which never have been used, my inference is,CIN of the company in which the original DIN is being used may be filled in.

2. If to surrender the one and only DIN which never have been used, the present arrangements will not help.
