IF THE ASSESSEE HAS ALREADY GIVEN PAN NO WHILE GIVING DIN APPLICATION THEN ALSO WE NEED TO GIVE THESE DETAILS IN DIN 4
OR WE NEED TO GIVE IRRESPECTIVE WE HAD GIVEN WHILE MAKING APPLICATION
OR WE NEED TO GIVE IRRESPECTIVE WE HAD GIVEN WHILE MAKING APPLICATION

Pl create a dummy e-form 1A in which if PAN is displayed automatically in clause 14, then no need to e-file DIN-4 otherwise do it before 31/05/2011.
