18 April 2011 Whether a newly incorporated company is require to file form DIN 3 separately, if it had already filed the form 32 at the time of incorporation.

18 April 2011 DIN 3 is for those directors appointed before 01/07/2007 meaning thereby if the incorporation date falls before that date,compliance is mandatory.
