Digital signature certificate (dsc) - use & value

Please urgently let me know the use and the value of the digital signature.

We are three directors (individuals) jointly forming a private limited company. All three of us need to take the digital signature or it is applicale only for one.

Also if one wants to change or say transfer the digital signature, is that possible?

Please guide.

Its depend on all three who will take digital signature. In today digitization filing of form in electronic mode it required that the form should be signed in digital form.

I will suggest you to take 2 directors out of three digital signature for filing of forms with MCA, and tax department.

This digital signature is not transferable to other.
