15 July 2011 The Digital Sign has become mandatory in Audit case if individual, HUF and firms. The CBDT announced the same on 01.07.2011. Before that I have uploaded a Return of an Individual under tax audit without digital sign. Now that individual is again required to file return using digital sign?? what is the date of applicability of the said notification?

15 July 2011 Seems no problem in the cited issue. Notification says it will be effective from the 'date of publication in the official gazette'.
