Party is a contractor to supply the manpower.
He is paid lump sum amount(10,00,000/-) as contract value and also paid certain percentage of commission on the lump sum contract value (10,00,000/-).
Whether the whole i.e. contract value + commission on contract value comes under section 194C or portion of the commission under 194H.

IF MONEY IS RECEIVED ON THE BASIS OF A SINGLE WRITTEN CONTRACT WHOLE AMOUNT MAY COME UNDER ONE SECTION.
