1.What is the difference b/w a recruitment agency and manpower supply agency services?
2. will reverse charge be applicable if the service provider of manpower supply is a private limited company?
please guide me..

recruitment agency is recruit new employee for you.
and manpower agency is supply regularly man power to you.
and if pvt ltd or ltd company supply any service then it have to charge full service tax on that amount.

did you mean suppose, the Man Power supply agency being a service provider, is a firm or individual then the service provider will charge service tax under reverse charge. And if its a company then no reverse charge is applicable?
