Whether the employees/officers of PSU will be called as Govt. Employee???

PSU is a company in which more than 50% of shares held by govt. Govt organisations are fully owned by govt.
Employees/officers of PSU will not be called as Govt. Employee.
Employees/officers of PSU will not be called as Govt. Employee.
