what is rate of depreciation to be charged on hp printer 15% or 60% if purchase before 180 days for fy.2014-15

This issue has been discussed and decided in a number of cases by the ITAT as well as Delhi High Court, wherein it has been held that the computer accessories and peripherals, printer and scanner, UPS etc are entitled to higher rate depreciation @ 60% on the ground that such accessories and peripherals form an essential part of the computer systems and the same cannot be used without the computer.
