if building constructed and expenses incurred for that at the various dates during the financial year than how to capitalised building exp and deprecation calculate from which date of addition.

it depends on the kind of expenditure. If expenditure is on the integral part of the building whihc increase the future economic benefit from the building it will be capitalised else expensed off.
