If a road is constructed by company in a village in order to provide good connectivity with highway.Will it be considered as fixed asset? will depreciation be allowed under income tax act?

'Road' can be included in the block of 'building' and accordingly 10% depreciation can be claimed under the Income tax Act,1961.

Sir can this be done even if road is outside the factory premises?
