Whether auditor should qualify the audit report if company has not provide depreciation? Whether it will be okay if he writes the same in notes to accounts instead of qualifying report?

Not only in "notes on account" but also in the report the auditor has to comment on non compliance of AS 6 and the effect on profit and loss account and balance sheet should also be quatified.
