can i claim depreciation on the asset on original cost??
i didnt claimed depreciation for the earlier years, what shud i do??

for accountancy purpose....the answer is YES.
For income tax purpose...NO......the depreciation which you did not claim for the earlier years shall be deemed to be claimed.
