Dear Sir/Mam,
I Would like to know that I have a Partnership firm running from last 4 years and the firm's profit is so minimum again if we charge depreciation the firm suffer loss.
I like to know is it compulsory to charge depreciation though the firm suffer loss.

as per income tax depreciation is compulsory to charge on assets.
