18 September 2013 I am a salaried employee. I have received an order from CPC Bangalore asking me to pay additional tax for the AY 2012-13. The Dept has said in the order that I have not received the tax credit for Rs. 8000/- on the TDS deducted from my salary. However, the full amount of the TDS deducted have been credited to me in my 26AS and the status of my booking of challan of TDS are all showing matched.
Can please anyone tell me what I should do in response to this order?

19 September 2013 What if after filing a rectification u/s 154 this problem persists. That is I have been sent another order demanding additional tax?? There is no mistake on my part on filing the ITR. What should I do now?
