Sir maine F.Y 10 -11 me kuch parties ka TDS 1% deduct kiya tha. Kuch parties k PAN No missing they isi liye Deptt. Ne 20 % k TDS rate se short payment ki demand or interest ki demand nikali hai. F.Y11-12 me in sabhi parties jinki Demand raise ki hai unke pass PAN No hai. To kya mujhe Rs. 84500 + interest pay kar k return revise karni hogi. Ya only interest amt deposit karna hoga

File your revised return of TDS. Then file for rectification of demand order u/s 154.
