Dear Sir,
Where, there ia only Rs. 10.00 demand is generated in intimation u/s 143(1). Whether assessee should deposit this small amount or not?

Yes it has to be paid.

Assessee has to pay Rs.10. Inference is from section 288B of the IT Act,1961.
