07 December 2014 please tell me what are the consequences for non submission of FORM 112.

The delay is 8 years.

Please dont give copy paste link. I want the link on icai website pls mention only the latest action the institute can take.

8 years is long time. Difficult to say what will be response of ICAI. I dont think there is need to submit the form 112 now if you have completed the course.
