can i get degree in one year from IGNOU university after passing ipcc group 1?please answer me..

ICAI and IGNOU have signed an MOU where the degree will be awarded for qualified CA's if they clear some select papers. No sure whether there is any such exemption given to IPCC students, please read the MOU for a better understanding.
