Please be in touch with the one who has supplied Digital Signature and request him/het to make the same workable at your platform / node/ computer. ELSE find out a friend where these pfx files are workable (i.e. JRE 6DOCS is not prompted to be downloaded) and upload the returns or whatever you need to upload.
