Defective return under 139(5) error code 31: no account case

while filing itr 4 for assessment year i had updated my income details in schedule PL in no account case column but later on i had received notice under section 139(9) and error code 31 asking me do give details in balance sheet and profit and loss account please do guide me regarding the same

26 August 2015 P and L and Balance sheet in ITR has to be filled in if income from business of profession > Rs.1,20,000. Rectify and upload the return again.
