CAN A SALARIED EMPLOYEE GIVE RENT TO HIS RELATIVES WITH WHOM BLOOD RELATION IS THERE

Hi Brij,
In the eyes of law every individual has an indipendent identoty irrespective of its relationship. You may claim HRA for the rent payment. But the same should be a transaction and not a book entry.
