02 September 2013 1) One of our client got education loan from bank.

2) They Paid tuition Fees from that loan.

That tuition fee is eligible for deduction under U/S 80C ?

02 September 2013 Tuition fess only for higher eduction in relation to assessee of his/her childreen is allowed.

Private coaching tuition fees not allowed.
