can deductions available under chapter vi be availed from LTCG
AND can LTCG can be set off from current year business loss .

Chapter V1A deduction can't be claimed against LTCG. Please refer section 112(2) of the Income tax Act,1961.
Current year business loss can be set off against LTCG. Please refer section 71(1) of the above said act.
